Using the game

Chess65 is a browser chess-and-card game. Guest play is available without an account. An account is required for ranked matches and saved progression. The rules and available modes may change as the game develops. You must use the service lawfully and follow the current in-game rules.

Accounts and fair play

Keep access to your account secure and use accurate registration details. Do not impersonate others, automate matches, exploit bugs, manipulate ratings, harass players or post unlawful material in chat. We may restrict abusive activity or suspend an account when reasonably needed to protect the service or other players, subject to applicable law. Contact [DOLDURULACAK — email] to contest a restriction.

Progress and optional purchases

Cards, XP, gems, cosmetics and season-pass rewards are in-game entitlements, not cash or transferable property. Every playable card can be earned by playing. If paid options are enabled, the price and terms appear before checkout; Stripe handles payment. Refunds and statutory consumer rights are governed by applicable law and the checkout information. Subscription renewal, cancellation and refund details: [DOLDURULACAK before paid launch].

Content and availability

You may use the game for personal play. Game art, code and text remain with their respective rights holders; these terms grant only a limited right to use the service. You keep any rights in chat text you submit and allow it to be displayed to match participants for the operation of chat. We may update, pause or discontinue features. The service may be interrupted by maintenance or network faults. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

Privacy, deletion and changes

Read the privacy and cookie notice for data handling and consent controls. You can request account deletion in the game; match records may remain in anonymized form so opponents’ histories still work. We will post material changes to these terms on this page and, where required, give additional notice. Governing law and dispute forum: [DOLDURULACAK — determine before publication]; mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply.
